07nerd - RSGP Sale Chargeback

07nerd stated a while ago (He contacted me a couple weeks ago) that he intended to pay me back since the chargeback is "unintentional". We've been in communication recently and every time I catch him online he claims to not be home or when we arrange to meet at a certain time he never shows up. So i'm not sure if he's just stalling for time and doesn't actually have intentions of paying me back or he genuinely wants to repay me. However i'm tired of chasing him around for 35 bucks so maybe this dispute will motivate him to be a bit quicker with paying me back.

My point is he's a nice guy so I don't think he deserves a permanent ban if he gets around to paying me back.
