i am not a US resident, can i use a VPS(DEDICATED IP) for paypal??

    Hello

    i am not a US resident , but iam interested about opening a paypal account (US)

    i just wondering , can use a VPS (US) (DEDICATED IP) , with a bank account from payoneer ( using the US payment service)

    i guess by this way its hard to be detect , and i am planing to use it only for recive payment


    please let me know what else can i do ?

    As long as your address is verified in the United States and you have a United States account number the PayPal will be verified and registered as a US account.

    so the ip (dedicated) stuff is not important ??? i mean can i just use hot spot VPN??

    No, IP has no influence on registering/verifying a PayPal account.

    Why on earth would you want to open an American PP? Open one from your country and just set the primary currency to USD? If it's to avoid the UK £1900 verification I'm pretty sure it comes earlier in the US?

    yes but in my countery paypal has just opend , and i can only send payments,

    latter we will able to open a merchant account but not now yet

    so, i was thinking about the US paypal :)
