OT: AS far as home remedies go, i would probably just keep rubbing my tongue over the tooth to dull the point down. DON'T file it down with a anything because whatever enamel you have will be gone, and once that shit is gone it hurts like a motherfucker, not to mention how sensitive it becomes. Truthfully if it continues to bother you and you cant see a dentist, maybe yanking it out isn't such a bad idea.

 

A dentist is really important. Don't think of the short term costs in terms of money since your teeth are with you forever.
