Disputing ban - RS Trade RS

I was banned around a year ago, I haven't registed an account again with you because I feel like I was treat unfairly... I was banned over a transaction of membership but was not given the chance to explain my side of the story or anything which is unfair. I hope to hear from a moderator/admin soon and hopefully have the ban lifted!
