What level of skill do you think this would require? And what's the approximate Success rate?

 

well this does not require skill as in expertise. But it would be helpful to have a lv 200 acc (this is a non combat lure). Also success rate should be 10/10 but since there are people out there who can mess this up i would rate it 9/10.
