Getting players banned for RWT

Is this against Sythe rules?
If not, it sure as hell should be.
A Sythe user (who I won't name, as I don't have proof and dislike allegations) is framing me on Fatality614 (where I sell a LOT of GP, and have $3000+ worth of GP invested), trying to get me banned. Should I make a report here on Sythe? I'm sure an IP check would show his skype links to his Sythe account.

 

The last time I checked, it was fine for mods of private servers to browse sythe forums and ban users for RWT. Not sure if this is still in effect though.

 

Yet it's against rules for Jagex mods to browse forums with intent of banning players for RWT?

searched for 2 days, can't find this clause you're talking about.

but even if this clause does exist, sythe wouldn't even bother to enforce the rule.

 

i don't think there's anything you can do other then maybe give him a bad rep on this site.

 

When you sign up to Sythe, you affirm that you're not a Jagex staff member.

 

If you have extensive proof that someone went out of their way to cause a money/gp loss to you report them and they will be dealt with.

 

couldn't jagex staff members still view all the forums they need to view to ban people without making an account?

 

I don't think a company would go that far and that slow to find the link to their game and the corresponding name? In all honesty it would take them ages to ban like say what.. 5 people. It would be far more efficient if they'd put the time into banning bots on RS itsself and detecting them.

 

Yeah, to think a corporation like Jagex would have their staff actually browse these forums is ridiculous. It's far more likely they target major gold sellers such as usfine.
But players (not even staff members) of a RSPS going out of their way to get me banned on the RSPS out of spite (I wouldn't go first to them and I dominate the GP market for this server) should be a bannable offense.
