I can prove that I am the real owner, that is no problem at all.
Every detail will be provided on the account. Such as previous passwords, recovery questions, creation date, IP, etc.

I am not going first but I am absolutely fine with using an OMM, you're paying fees.
A recovery test can be made, not a problem at all.
