Scammed my money by steam account sale

Well i "bought" an steam from Partyboy452 the day 13/05/2013
Yesterday he got it back, since he dont gave me any pop "he told he dont has".
I asked him for give me back the account, then he just logout at skype and in pm says he dont knows me, but he deleted the vouch post! also i have a vouche on his thread as you can check in his profile.
