Festral scammed me for 1m

Ok this is the whole log between me and him i paid him 1m went first[like a dumbass] because he had vouches so i figured it wouldn't hurt. i was very wrong after i traded he acted like he was typing for a bit gave me the email and password to account that wasn't even an account. then he asked me why i hadn't got the "email" and then deleted me, i tried to re add him , but nothing.
I also believe that he doesn't even have a wc account at all and even the one he did sell in this thread here http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007-accounts/1559488-selling-3-very-high-woodcutting-accounts.html is completely just a hoax. I wounldn't doubt it if he didn't sell that account to dinsdale and it was all just a setup.
