is it still possible to get scammed on PA?

in terms of buying gold/items on player auction is it still possible for someone to scam? like what would happen if the buyer doesn't confirm the delivery after the trade

any information on this would be great.

 

If the buyer doesn't confirm delivery the trade will automatically close after 3 days. If the buyer claims a partial delivery or no delivery at all, you just send the proof to PA and you'll get your money eventually.

As far as I know, yes. If you have the proof you will be fine.

Not as much , but still possible.

 

When you trade via PA, always remember to check first the feedbacks from the seller that you choose. So that you can avoid those cases and like Nytrix said, ALWAYS record your transactions so that you have evidences.
