Reporting scammer "Terah"

Briefly explain the trade:
I've done many successful trades these days, and I went first as he had 3 vouches. I trusted him, why would he scam over 5$? I gave him the steam name and password, he told me to wait and that he won't scam me. I just waited for him to send my money, and nothing. He told me he can't change the password and told me he wanted an other account. I tried to log in on the steam and the password didn't work no more. When I asked him why the password didn't work, he made up bunch of excuses and suddenly logged off.
How they scammed:
As I stated above, I gave the details, he changed everything and logged off.
