Scammed by Hpdkstaff

Briefly explain the trade: I was paying 114m EOC for 6m 07 GP. I went first and he logged and blocked me on Skype.
How they scammed: I posted a thread referring my Skype and was added by hdpkstaff. The trade was up and everything was going good. I put my 114m GP in and went first. I logged off of EOC and was preparing to get the world from the seller, and he logged out and blocked me.

Despite the lack of accepted trade screen, the confirmation of the RSN (skillfully snapped before removal xD) alongside him asking for the 07 world and the other scam report against him, I've banned him.
