Runescape recovery system

Hi everyone I am just curious how you would go about recovering an account when your email isnt registered to one. I have forgotten a password and dont remember the email that is registered on there. I have sent jagex an email but they havent emailed me in 3 weeks

ALSO:I bought an account and the email was to my email but somehow he recovered it in 15 mins.

 

Did you send the email to '[email protected]'

If so, then i'm not sure what else you could do :/

 

why would i send one to the parents email?

 

it has a much faster response, just email them login details and every other password/bank pin/IP/creation date/billing info/previous character names etc

 

OP I had a similar situation to yours last year. I've responded to another thread in this section if you want to browse around. However Alex12345 has summarized it. You might be waiting for a while but it took them quite some time before they got back to me.

Seeing as the top part has been answered multiple times, I'll answer the bottom. The original owner can ALWAYS recover an account, no matter what security measures you put on the account. That's why you should never purchase an account without trusting the user 100%.
