If I have an account and it gets banned for 20 days or whatever, does that 20 days still count towards the countdown for name changing?

Yes it does as that 20 days still eats into your membership.

 

i hate how you have to wait for that long to change your name. They should just give you the option right away for your first name change.

 

Yeah Jagex seems to screw ya over when you get banned

 

do you get reset when you get 20 day banned? or just clear your wealth?

 

It's probably the best the way it is. I mean how can you change your name every 30 days >_<
