    TWC, this guy keeps trying to find people who would go 1st to him, won't give a fixed rate, just nonsense with his "good rate". If he really wanted to sell then he would have sold to any of the bigger buyers since no1 than a mercher needs over 20m in 2007, not even talking about 50m

    Sadly, you have to respond to nonsense sometimes:
    I have never asked anyone to go first, thread says that I am going through OMM, and only OMM. If you are not using OMM, don't PM Me.

    I am asking for offer first because there is no reason to have a conversation if you offer is bad (as I consider your low offer).

    Sorry if you are mad or can't understand this, seems pretty clear to me.
