troll titan scammer

troll titan scammed me 23.97$ paypal for 10b ssgp. he said he never got the payment then told me to dispute it and deleted me on skype.




in the messages he says he received the dispute so didnt think paypal pic was nessisary if so then i'll post it.

It's clear he hasn't given you the SSGP, but we'll need to see the paypal email you sent it to, and him confirming that was the correct paypal email.
