No, you go to a jewelry store and ask for onyx and silver earrings, princess cut, and they either have it, or they find it in their catalogs and order it for you.

Comparing the earring's back clasp to the stone size in the picture I linked, it looks to be about as large as the picture you linked in the OP, about 2 carats.

The type of stone you're looking for will determine how big of a stone you'll get. If you want a large rock, go with onyx or agate. Sapphire is sometimes black also, and those are cheaper than diamonds. A black diamond doesn't run as high as a natural diamond, but a 2 carat stone will probably run you up to 150 dollars, 300+ for a set of earrings.
