    Climbing boots
    Berserker ring
    Unholy book filled
    Mith gloves from rfd

    Don't think you can get any good chest/legs/helm on 1 defence.

    Best defensive 1 defense set. Just change the Sara book for a Zammy book and you'll be fine training strength/attack.

    - Bearhead -> Iron Full Helm
    - Fire Cape -> Skill Cape (t) -> Skill Cape
    - Monks Robe -> Iron Platebody
    - Black Dragonhide Chaps -> Monks Robe -> Iron Platelegs
    - Amulet of Fury -> Amulet of Glory (4) -> Amulet of Strength
    - Holy Book -> Unholy Book
    - Rock Climbing Boots -> Iron Boots
    - Beserker Ring -> Ring of Life -> Ring of Wealth (4)
    - Culinaromancers Gloves 6 -> Black D'Hide Vambraces
