Pay structure: There will be no pay until the client is up and running and we have a userbase to fund it, once there is a userbase off over 2000 and they're all buying VIP/Sponsor/Scripts, then we'll put you onto a wage per hour.

Nope, we have enough in that department, we will give anyone moderator if they can bring 50 new members to the community!
