disputing again

I couldnt make another post on the other thread, i tried contacting video via MSN, sent messages, but no contact, so i am creating a new thread explaining what he said was fishy, also putting in everything from my last post.

The reason it looks like I am ban evading, is me and my brother are close, ALL of our accounts have "reveng" or "revenge" and the end, the reason he has "deth" at the beginning is because he almost died when the camp he was staying at in Afganistan got invaded, I have "yava" at the beginning because I am half Yavapai Indian we usually keep the same names on everything, the only thing we play together is runescape, I am maxed besides dung, and he has like 12+ 99s. our skypes are the same, because when we made it, he did not have a computer, and everything on my computer starts with a "Z".

the reason I made a sythe acc in the first place was he was still selling runescape accounts, i tried selling one, but only got offers on it

that was the message that got archived when video said that i have to pay the 13m to the guy, i do not believe i should, as he leaked my personal information, and threatened me, he is also banned at this time.

that was the message that got archived again, the 2nd mod said the same thing as the first mod "you are responsible for your ip" i do not see what i can do now, i can not repay the guy that he scammed, as there is no way that i can get into contact with him. i think when there is no way to contact the person than the person who got banned for "scamming" the other person should be unbanned but with a twc. my point is that there is no fairness, now i cannot use this site to sell my merchandise because of a guy who is now banned and whom i cannot contact.

These where the original messages, and my last post got closed because I guess I didn't make an attempt to pay the guy back, I cant pay him back as there is no way to contact him, because he is banned (link to his profile at http://www.sythe.org/members/342810-...ts4cheap.html). He filled out no contact information, so it is virtually impossible for me to contact him. Basically what I am saying is I do not think this is fair as I can pay him back but I cannot contact him but in order to get my account un-banned I have to repay him, but to repay him, I need to get into contact with him, which is virtually impossible.

The mod that closed my last thread said "Closing this because you are still responsible for your own IP, and you have to at least make an attempt to pay the user back. Thanks." So lets start with "you are still responsible for your own IP". I have taken full responsibility, if I did not, I wouldn't have researched this far into this. Next lets take a loot at " you have to at least make an attempt to pay the user back". I am open to suggestions as I can not contact him, I think I made that clear in the message above. Lastly, lets take a look at "Thanks" i would like to say thank you, but also you are welcome.

after the last thread for closed, an admin said "Denied, your responsible for your own ip". I am trying to be "responsible" with it, i am trying to pay the guy back but i cant because there is no way to contact him, so this should be nulled, it is over 13m, i cannot contact him to pay him back, there is no more to it.

First off, I'm not sure you were speaking with n4n0. He wouldn't converse about donations and buying RSGP like that.

Hi, this is yavarevenge.... again.... i am here to ask you why i am supposed to pay a 13m debt when the guy whom my ip scammed is banned. I am supposed to pay a guy whom i have no contact to, but i find that is not what i am upset about. This individual has scammed members of sythe, ban evaded, put out my personal information, asked someone to hack me + what ever he did on his first account!

i did not bother to look into what his first account got banned for but it was obviously a wrong.

now arguably some would say i am ban evading also, although i have never been banned, like you see in the bulk thread that is my brothers account and this is what it is all over, him scamming 13m, so arguably my ip scammed and vaded. now, what i look at is this member is banned and there is no contact to him, but even if there was, my ip did 2 wrong, his ip did 5+ wrongs (+ depending on what all he did on his first account if that is his first account) so i see 5-2=3 so he did 3 more wrongs than me which is over half. I believe that i should be un-banned due to the situation, but if you believe (which i think most of us might say) i need to be punished, i don't see where a TWC is too much, it simply tells people hey i might have done some wrong to be careful trading with me. It doesn't matter whether you have committed one offense, and the other person has committed 500 offenses. You are required to take responsibility for what was done on your IP. If you're unable to get in touch with the scammed user, you may give a mod the money to hold onto and we can process your unban.
