tahoe_og is a scammer

So I sold this guy an xbl code for one year for 45$ and it got refunded after like 3 hours? Had a dispute on paypal and obviously lost, but I contacted the guy after it got refunded and he said it was his friend from his gold company that sent me the money and would send me another 45$ which never came. He blocked me on Skype it appears. His Skype name is Og-tahoe and Eoc - Old School. The paypal was apparently hacked according to paypal so be aware of this paypal. Its $47 because of fee idk what for.

He didn't use his own email on paypal, that was part of the problem, he had a hacked paypal account (or his friend had one) and used that one. But I didn't know that or question who Jen Cheong was. I thought it was a kid using his parents paypal honestly.
