Who misses old rs Graphics?

Don't you just miss these graphics?

 

Can't say I "miss" them, I definitely prefer the simplicity to the over-engineered crap in EoC now though.

 

I prefer the 2011 graphics the best, then 07, then 2010, then 06 and before, then eoc.

 

2011 graphics with 07 gameplay would be awesome.

 

What year was it that they had the really weird whip animations?

 

2006 is the best, 2007 is okay. Everything else after that is shit.

I don`t miss these graphics because I don`t ever play a game based on the the graphics or details. Never really bugged me about any graphical update Jagex has choose to implement but I did miss the old whip and dragon scimitar that`s about it.

 

I've always played on min detail on fixed mode so the graphics really haven't changed for me

 

I prefer 2006 over 2007 graphics, but it's whatevers. I'm glad I can still find traces of it such as rocks and ores in Yanille compared to those in Varrock. Which we had the old animations too ):

 

I like the 2007 graphics the most.

 

I don't miss em, probably cause the golden years for me were 2004-2006.

 

2005/06 trumps any. Younger players will generally prefer the more flashy aesthetic newer graphics; however most veterans who played since classic would chose 05/06 over any period.

 

I wish they'd allow "low detail" for osrs, fuckin roofs man.

 

I like the 20011 graphics the best 2007 is better than the EOC ones for sure.

 

My favourite were the graphics just before the armour nerf in EoC, that with 07 gameplay would be cool.

 

I started at around 05-06, but since i was too young to remember much from that(Except that i was stuck at tutorial island for so many hours due to my bad english^^) I prefer the First HD graphics when they first came out like in, 08-09? Not sure though, but i also enjoy 07 graphics ^^
