Cheap VPS for botting 2 accounts?

Anyone know of a cheap VPS that I can bot 2 accounts smoothly? My budget is only $14
I tried VpsCorner, but it only worked in UK I heard :/

 

I know fragvps is pretty big right now for runescape botting, but i've heard bad things about their service and uptime. I'm looking for something reliable as well and hoping to run 5 accounts or so on the vps

 

I read fragvps was bad, think it was on tribot forums somewhere.

 

I don't see why people would say fragvps is bad, i have a vps myself and it has never given me any issue at all... Woke up today to a long ass proggy, can't remember anymore if was 24 hours or something.

As for uptime... well i've never had any downtime to begin with so no idea >.>
