Well here's the thing, a user asked for 07 services with his username being an email that matches a banned user here. But Rwm said that he might of bought it off of the banned user, so it's not the same person. Although I highly doubt it.

 

I didn't conclude it isn't them, I'm waiting on a PM which could help the situation

I'm gonna go ahead and ban said user, he can dispute if he has a plausible reason for what we discussed.
