Go ahead and take a look at his HF account, that should be enough proof. There are also plenty of scam reports filed against him, and he has lots of negative rep. Also, if you go through his threads and posts you will see he is affiliated with lots of blackhat activity. Here is a screenshot of him trying to RAT people.
