Addy gloves help?

Hey guys, at the questing stage on my acc and wondering whats best to do

im currently 1 att, 80 str, 45 def and have a few non combat skills..

What quests do i need to do as i dont want att/def xp?

Err no? If you had read his post he's a 1 attack account - he doesn't have to do monkey madness at all as you can get mith gloves without doing MM. In fact it's better if you do not do MM, so you can return to the tunnels to chin effectively when you train range.

Regarding gloves, the best pures in 07 can get is mith - you're safe to do Dwarf, Goblins, Pirate Pete, Evil Dave and all of the required prequests for those sections.

 

You wont be able to get addy gloves without gaining some def/att xp

 

So many idiots on these forums...
You CAN get addy gloves as a obby tank, you do the lumbridge guide part of rfd, which requires nature spirit (2k def exp iirc.)
Other than that, there not many other mandatory quests, but it's a good idea to get your def exp through quests like dragon slayer. Slayer staff and torso should also be part of your primary goals.
