    ~Using Hamachi~

If you don't know, Hamachi is a sort of internet connection client that allows you to connect to other computers for games, keeping in touch with friends (not recommended to download Hamachi for this purpose), or connecting 2 computers of your own together. The good thing about Hamachi is, if you have a broadband computer and can't host your own private server, Hamachi works anyway through your connection.

    So, let's get started.

First, you need to go to http://www.hamachi.cc. Scroll down (just a LITTLE bit!) until you see this picture:

Right underneath that picture, there is a link to download Hamachi. Hit that.

Once you have downloaded the setup, run it.

***WHEN YOU GET TO WHERE IT ASKS IF YOU WANT TO PREVENT PEOPLE FROM ACTUALLY ACCESSING YOUR COMPUTER, HIT THE CHECK BOX!!! YOU DON'T WANT PEOPLE ACTUALLY GETTING INTO YOUR STUFF!***

Now, when Hamachi is downloaded, run it. Let it connect. You should read over the little guide that pops up. When you're finished, you should see something like this:

At the top, those numbers are the numbers of the IP address to connect to your computer. These will be the IP for your server. Underneath that is your nickname.

If you want to change your nickname, click the button in the bottom right and click preferences. You should be able to do most things you need to concerning Hamachi's configuration in here.

Now, we need to create a network. Hit the button that looks like a triange at the bottom, and hit create a new network.

*If you only want to play someone else's Hamachi server, stop here and click join an existing network. You should understand what to do from there. Once in the network, go into your client and enter in the admin's IP.*

Creating a network should be self-explanatory. Just make one. Now you're ready to start your private server!

Now, just run your server on your computer with Hamachi running. Now anyone should be able to connect using your network on their client and play your private server! Congratulations, and enjoy being the admin of your own version of RuneScape, or another game(Or connecting computers for other purposes :))!
