What's the best Profession in World of Warcraft?

In your opinion, what is the best profession in the World of Warcraft? Why?

 

it depends on what you want if you want to earn money go with mineing smithing although there is other Professions that you can make money with you also need to spend money to buy materials sometimes the same goes for other Professions unless you want to waste countless of hours Looking for materials

 

Thanks for replying! Each race have heir own strengths and weaknesses, so its really hard to choose. I wonder what other people would pick as the best profession...

 

For best DPS it is eng/tailoring I think... but JC and BC is comparable. Mining is okay for tank I guess and everything else is about the same.

Non raid/PvP utility wise usually you want to pick whichever armor type you use and go with that proffesion. For more perfectionist players professions are very important for their buffs but for normal day to day players they are more for their cash flow.

 

If you raid choose enchanting, disenchanting your gear which won't be used anymore is good for gold.
