where to train?

I've been botting cows at 5k exp/hr. 40 attack 40 str now and was wondering if there were any better places to bot

I train at Rick crabs if recommend it I'm 49 att 52 str

 

Or you could start frenkenstein quest or whatever and bot experiments. Their really good cb xp

 

what about fight caves? I think your levels are way too high for cows now, I would have gone 20 / 25 then barbarian village till about 30/40 then rock crabs, also make sure to do all the quests so you gain that quick exp.

 

Fight caves is always good for level 40-99.

No food required and will get you a few Uncut Oynx.

 

Should have done waterfall and saved yourself like 2 years but like everyone else said you can bot fight caves.

 

here are a list of things not really packed so less likely to be reported ,ectt

-minotaurs (decent xp, no one really see you)
-chaos druids (for cash and decent xp) there are some by in taverly dung could have bot use agility pass to get there from fally bank
-flesh crawlers
-experiments could be good xp

 

I'd personally do Rock Crabs or Flesh Crawlers to around 50 strength then I'd move to the fight pits / TzHaar.
