Brine Saber better than Rune Scimmy?

Is the brine a better wep than rune scimmy? also is it faster?

 

I mean its a lot more exspensive, but I think rune scimmy is just a little bit slower. Rune scimmy still good.

 

Its a tad better for training until 60 if you have access to it.

 

They are both the same speed- brine sabre has higher strength, rune scim has higher attack bonus.

 

My opinion rune scimitar is better cause it has higher attack than brine
