Runescape major lag problem! unable to play

I recently was told to delete my cache to fix this freezing problem where i could not click anything. But now after that everything does a small freeze lag. i click on the bank, on my inventory, when i go to the lobby to click "enter game". EVERYTHING!!!. Nothing ****ing works! If someone could help me that would be great because i have been searching and working on my runescape for over a week. (I have run on these graphic settings before and even if i change them nothing is different, and my internet i working well.

STATUS UPDATE: (9:24) Everything i do in runescape makes it lag. It does NOT matter if i am using the client or browser. I have been working on this for too long. Its not fun. And when it lags it will go back to the lobby as if i am not doing anything

Its working perfectly.

 

it will decrease, its the graphics reloading all the time, its like waking up in the morning and opening your eyes, it takes a while to adjust again.
its like the first time logging into the game again, keep trying with it

 

07 scape or EoC?

If it's EoC it's about the graphics, maybe you play on safe-mode.
I had this issue aswell and that was because I was playing on safe-mode, since i putted on DirectX-mode I never had any major lag problem.

 

its EOC. Its NOT graphics. I have used the same graphics for MONTHS. Direct X is the only mode that lags the LEAST for me. I have lowered it and nothing happens. I cant even get on the game sometimes w/o it freezing. the start up to the LOBBY is black for minutes. This is a new error. if it was graphics, then this would have been an issue months before. also i will type one letter on the login and then freeze. (this isnt an angry tone. dont think it is )
