Motivation

So I was thinking of trying to play 07 scape again but I can't seem to fine the motivation. Any idea's guys? lol.

 

If you're starting off, and still have really low levels, it's best to quest than grind the skills. An example is it's way faster and more efficient to quest your melee stats than train it.

I ended up with over a thousand total skill. I got into the top 1000 when I was 900~ total skill as well. I found it more fun to quest, and just gain like 10 levels per quest for example, and a few combat levels than spending hours repeating the same skills. I gave up when my levels were high enough that questing didn't benefit me level-wise as well as it used to.

 

I was hoping to make a skiller to be honest but can't find the motivation for it.

 

Motivation to me comes with friends who I can play and chat with at the same time as training.. Otherwise I'd near neck myself. If you're still playing, why don't you make a pure and start pking?

 

The motivation comes for me when I have set a goal to achieve. One fine example is to beat the hiscore. Or even challenge a friend to skilling.

 

It's not helped anyone that the 'RU' fc has gone inactive tbh, but I suppose that it's normal as the rush has gone. Just HMU when you wanna skill elena and I'll join you as I've got a skiller aswell, I've got the motivation just I haven't got the time all the time because of questing services, but whenever I've not got an order I'm always down for skilling with sythe noobs

So... The first day after 07scape was released I needed motivation. Personally I'd just advise not bothering to try and get back into it, now that you aren't as interested in it, take a break. I've found that a few people, myself included, had just played Runescape too much and the changes in 07 scape weren't sufficient enough to change the game to make it interesting. See how that goes for ya. If you do find yourself wanting to play it again, that's fine. Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time. The key to motivation is playing with friends. If you are with a good friend on Runescape, any skill becomes tolerable.

I was thinking for going for 99 construction or smithing opinions?
