    Just by the way he replied to me I can tell he's just after accounts with skins/ranked on it so that he can scam them but that's just my opinion. Beware of this guy, I wouldn't trade him.

    I have submitted a request to have my account recovered, and Riot is taking a long time.

    OP will not manually give me back access to my account. I went first and trusted him and now I am locked out of my account. I have requested he give me the log-in info and he won't even respond. He is a scammer.
