Hacked account? wilsoo?

I have no idea who I just sent my money to, and now he's temporarily banned. I'm out of $335. I was supposed to get a UC Plushie Ixi from him (Neopets), but he keeps making excuses, saying that he has problems getting the pet.

Does anybody have any idea what is going on? And does anyone recognize that email? I'm really upset over the loss of that much money.

Also, I cannot file a claim, because it was sent under "Family" and not "Goods & Services". That's what Paypal told me.

Briefly explain the trade: I was supposed to buy a UC Plushie Ixi from "wilsoo". I made a board right here, and he PMed me:

How they scammed: Asked me to pay $335 via the Gift/Family option via Paypal. I never received my UC Plushie Ixi. I thought since he had a good amount of vouches, that he would be reliable. The last screenshot is right before he got temporarily banned (screen shot #11).
