unable to acces forums

I tried to log into the tribot forums yesterday and it said I was banned. I didn't break any rules so contacted a moderator who told me I wasn't.

I have tried to acces the forums again by using hotspot shield which hides my ip, but that didn't work. I tried different browsers, which didn't work either. My username isn't banned (according to the moderator) so that isn't it either. But I have no idea on what else I could try to acces the forums again.

I still think i'm somehow IP banned or something since can't even try to login as it immediately says:

I'm sorry, but you are banned. You may not post, read threads, or access the forum. Please contact your forum administrator should you have any questions.

Anyone has an idea on what I could try or what has happend?

 

Are you actually "logged in" to the site when you get that error?
Have you cleared your cookies for that site as well as your internet cache?
Try a proxy server, just google any one of them.

No, you have to be on the forums or atleast on the login page of them to login. So i'm unable to login. I have cleared my cookies, internet cache and tried proxys.

 

If you've tried a proxy, that doesn't make any sense.
Is there a reason you'd be IP banned?

 

No reason at all, haven't done a thing wrong. But if I was IP banned, I would still be able to acces the forums with a proxy right? I have no idea what kind of ban I'm having right now.
According to the moderator my forum account isn't banned, but yet I can't acces it or start my bot.

 

Perhaps you're accidentally banned by their DDoS protection if they have any? It is possible. Don't you have anyone there on Skype or something? You could ask them to ask for you.

 

That may be possible, I do not have anyone on skype or something. I will try to contact them though.

I contacted him, but he is not responding.

However i did try and manage to acces the forums on my phone. I could also login and post there, so my forum account isn't banned. What could be the problem why i suddenly can't acces the site on my computer anymore when i'm not banned. Does anyone have an idea?

 

Sythe banned my IP before, well the start of it and it was by accident. Maybe they accidentally banned a group of IP's.

 

I would just do my best to contact them and see if they can help you.
