Effective way to kill Tzhaar

Just got 61 Ranged form my Rune C'bow. Need an effective way to kill tzhaar.

Tried Mith bolts, but takes too long to kill and noobs come and pick up my bolts before I kill the creature. Its too expensive.

What would work better:

1) Rune C'bow with Iron Bolts?

or

2) MSB with Steel arrows?

 

I am currently 81 ranged. I've Trained from 46 with adamant crossbow and mithril bolts until now that i use rune crossbow and Mithril bolts, The thing i do is i always banked 2k mithril bolts. At the moment mithril bolts are 135-140 ea so if you go here with 2k, 1 drop will pay for all bolts you used and expect to get atleast 3-4 drops.

 

Do you have an accumulator?
Mith bolts are effective for these. You probably wont be making money but you should be breaking even.

 

61 range just might be too low. I would stick with the Rune C'bow with mithril bolts, a mage short just doesn't have the accuracy
