Briefly explain the trade: He had offered to purchase 300,000 Fifa UT coins in increments of £7 per 100k, I held up my end of the deal however he only sent me £14 of the total £21
How they scammed: Didn't pay full amount
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I asked him to PM me on Sythe when we were talking on Skype, screenshot in post above

I know he PM'ed you, but that might not be his skype. Prove it is.

Jesus Christ how long does it take to ban him, he sent me 2 payments via PayPal so it's obviously him
