[Request]Prom Ad [RSGP]

Just need a graphic done for promoting an upcoming prom at my high school. Here's the details:



Text: See reference picture
Dimensions: 1280x720, 1920x1080, whatever you seem fitting, or same as reference picture
Theme: Our prom's theme will be somewhat like a red carpet event or an awards show kind of deal, so it'd be great if the graphic has something resembling that.
