Scammed by Jayboner

Alright, well this trade started off on Sythe, was brought to Player Auctions, and is back on here. I have sent them this same report in hopes of a refund for my loss, and I feel it should be on here as to avoid anyone else being scammed. This report took me a good while to type up, so please take time to look at it thoroughly, and I can ASSURE you that you will see that he has scammed me. It's fairly obvious, a simple case of grab and delete/ignore.

I have spent the past couple of days spending all my time trying to figure out how to buy his account. From making my own PayPal, to driving to Walmart and buying a MoneyPak car that had to be refunded to me, to spending every waking hour for him to get on as he is from a different continent as I. He has a good amount of Positive Feedback, and it seems as though he sells a lot of accounts. He has no negative feedback. What we had decided on was I was going to purchase Runescape Old school 2007 GP, in exchange for the account. After tons of time spent talking to him, to getting things figured out on Player Auctions, I had finally gotten the GP. He received it, and I was deleted off Skype, and apparently scammed out of 70$+. After reading up on Player Auctions it seems as if it is the most 'safe and secure' website around. Unfortunately it seems all it takes is deleting me off Skype to be able to scam me for a good amount of money. He has accounts on the site, he has a good amount of trust, and has been using the site for awhile. I can't even explain how frustrated and upset I am about this. He didn't even try to hide the fact he had just scammed me, he simply just deleted me off Skype and cut off contact with me. I'll post pictures of our Skype conversation, as well as the post including the account I had purchased, as well as our discussion on Sythe as well. I really hope something can be done about this, if not I can't say I will trust using PA again, and I will have lost my faith in people in general. It's sad, and pathetic.

I hope that this is more than enough proof for something to be done. I have shown every single aspect of how someone has scammed me, and made it very easy for anyone to see that. Why is someone who is considered trusted and has so many positive feedbacks able to scam so easily? I really want something to be done about this. If I need anymore proof, please message me and I will get any more possible proof. Thank you for taking the time to look through this report, and I hope you can cause a little justice.

 

Bump.. User has now sent me a message, exclaiming to have never even received the gold in the first place. Which is OBVIOUSLY a lie. He received the gold, and deleted me the second he did. The person selling the gold is verified, and EXTREMELY trusted. Only a fool would believe Jayboner over the Gold seller with 15k+ vouches.

Apparently he didn't receive the GP from the Trusted gold seller/verified member/Power seller with almost 16,000 vouches. BUT after careful thought by himself, he claims to not even know me?! Even though that is a complete lie.. Then after a little more discussion he all the sudden remembers me, but claims he doesn't have the gold. The GOOD NEWS is he said he would log in and show me his banks to prove he doesn't have it. So that MUST mean he didn't sell it, or transfer it, or do ANYTHING with it.


On a real note, someone really needs to at least look at this. This is ridiculous, anyone with a brain stem can see this guy scammed me. He is basically saying it! Please someone do something about this..

 

Bump? Someone please? There is MORE than enough proof and info in the pictures, and yet not even a single reply..

 

Will nothing be done about this? It seems the only time anyone cares is when a staff member is being accused of scamming. It's quite sad...

The user is going through the process of being permanently banned on Player Auctions for this scam as well.

As you can see it is NOT an imposter. As well as since I have made the report he has stopped commenting on his thread, and has just been adding people and talking to them via Skype.

Explanation: Basically I was buying his account: http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...nge-70-mage-fully-quested-pure-pure-pure.html . I do not own an RS account, so I had to purchase the GP. He brought me to Player Auctions so I could buy the GP, and just put his IGN to receive the GP. So I bought the GP, he received it, and deleted me off Skype, continued to ignore me PM's and my requests to readd him on Skype.
