g maul pure?

Im going to be making a g maul pure, but is it better to have low(lower combat lv) hp or higher hp? would I get killed if i had 99 str 10 hp? also should i get 25 prayer for protect item?

99 str 50 att and like 40 hp?

99 str 50 att 70 hp?

Depends, G Maulers typically have certain prayer levels for certain reasons:

13 Prayer: Completed DT, keeping pray at 13 to maintain low level.
25 Prayer: Used to protect their G Maul - not a necessity imo if you're rushing.
34 Prayer: Just like 25 prayer, it'll raise your combat and only be a necessity if you don't plan on rushing, and want to stick out long fights where you'll consume food and pots.

 

I'd try my hand at PK'ing at 25 Prayer first and see how you go. If you're fine at that level, stay at that level. Doing it this way will give you time to get a feel for things, as opposed to possibly making a mistake by leveling it too early.

However, I wouldn't suggest trying things out before you get 25 Prayer, because Protect Item is very beneficial and will save you loads of grief. Back when I made my very first PK'ing account, I made the mistake of PK'ing on him without 25 Prayer...It was an F2P account, but during that time period R2H's ranged in price from 300 to 100K

In my personal experience, my G Mauler was 1 prayer.

I was also a SW pure with 50 attack 99 strength below level 65.

However, if it were to ever occur, I'd probably stick with 13. You have to really commit to the rush though if you're only doing 13 pray - you NEED to run absolutely if your rush doesn't succeed, do NOT stick around.

 

It really depends if you're gonna be a rusher or not.

 

10hp would be a complete and utter risk.. you rush - Hit, don't kill the user. One hit from anyone would KO you.

40hp is still a major risk, but as stated it is a vast improvement, at that level you'd be quite low Combat, with the risk being lower as these users probably have the ability to use a DDS, but their hits would be very minimal, also I doubt theyd have time to pot, DDS, pray and attack by the time you got out of there.

70hp, for a rusher, is a bit overboard, I'd meet in the middle somewhere between 55-65 HP, gives you a better chance of not being Koed etc.

I think I'll just start training it then go from there. I haven't made a pker in awhile.

Apart from range, you cant get atk/str to 99 without getting hp up...

you can quest attack to around 46-47 as 1 def.
you can range guild range till 99
but str, you gotta level that by yourself, so you WILL gain hp. no chance being a 40hp rusher. more like 60-70

 

He can quest his attack to high 40s and then lamp the rest, and he can train strength without hitpoints by doing barbarian fishing.

Regardless, as soon as you rush somebody and hit them you'll level your hp.

 

Or I can best control barricades for str exp.

 

Again, once you hit something, you won't be a 10 hp pure. You'll be significantly lower than other accounts, but you'll be at an extreme disadvantage.
