Life with no Holiday items in 07scape

How is everyone doing with 07scape. So far i like it a lot and playing the old style reminds me of some good times but i feel like a big part of original runescape is missing and that part is the holiday items, im talking santas, h'ween masks, partyhats, Christmas Cracker, etc.

Working my but off to get to the top of the hierachy of top players who had hoards of these items instead of being some poor noob running around was always a huge part of my motivation.

Do you think this will affect the quality of the game? I mean we all started from scratch a few months ago so no one is really too far ahead of the rest of us. Any chance they could re-introduce some oldschool rares as super rare treasure tails rewards or monster drops or something? I feel like myself and a bunch of others will lose motivation within a year if something like this does not happen. any thoughts?

 

Oh jesus no offense buddy but you must be living under a rock. There have been 2 guaranteed content rare polls done in the past month and they are coming back very soon, the current poll is how. You wont be waiting much longer.

 

There has already been a poll about rare items on the OSRS main page, and there is currently another poll up regarding them. With the way the second poll looks, they'll have to have a third (and hopefully smaller/final) poll to be the decider.

Go have your say if you love rares so much...Surprised you didn't know about the votes lol'd.
