This is really pretty mind blowing. I honestly thought it was a hoax at first.

I have been hearing about this for a while now. Google has been coming out with some real insane products recently.

The biggest problem I might have with it, is that I already wear glasses. So unless they can find a way to put prescription glassware into the lenses then it would be almost useless for someone like me - I would have to wear my contacts much more often - which is much more straining on my eyes.

 

I could use these glasses for all sorts of activities such as POV porn, soccer, football, roller coaster rides.

If it can make calls, send text messages via voice then its a must buy.

$1500 though.

 

Supposed to be avaliable to consumers by the end of 2013.

In an interview Google was asked the very same thing, and they say that the actual device is going to be removable and usable on any pair of glasses So no need to worry about that.

wow.....this is pretty crazy. I'm pretty sure almost everyone has thought of something like this but to think that it's actually coming to life and being made this is crazy...

being able to do all the things whilst still wearing glasses is going to be crazy.

Glad to see they are working on some very futuristic things.

Kind of pricey, but honestly i think it's worth every penny.

 

To be honest, it doesn't surprise me...
The one thing I compare things to are mobile phones.
When I was born mobile phones were near enough the same size as me, now they are tiny, can do a stupid amount of things and they're improving every month...
I would expect something even more mind blowing than those glasses in a decade or so.

I expected something like this to come out later in the future.

Google is keeping up with every competitor in technology. They move so fast, and they're a company that has yet to disappoint me. By disappoint, I mean build up hype and not meet up to the expectations they meant it to be.

I'm pretty sure some were released to the public to be tested, or will soon. I'm pretty sure they paid $1.5k, and there was a limited amount sold.

 

This is so cool. If only it was available to the general public /:

I actually had a dream about this. I was wearing it outside. It rained and it electrocuted my eyes. Fucking scary dream... I hope they make this stuff water-proof.
