No loop holes, and most of the old passwords, creation of creation, membership information , recoveries would be changed to yours, jag would be charged to yours, email to yours, etc.

 

Hmm jagex made it so you cannot change recoveries, and jag questions cannot be changed

Edit. Recoveries are obsolete due to gaurdian

 

There'sa guide on how to delete the recoveries and jag you basically just add you don't change it you just add your IP and manage it.
