Falsely Banned for Macroing MINOR?!?

I was banned yesterday. I was at first mining to get 52 mining for legends quest. I talked and I trade people. After that I went to go woodcut to get 50 and asked other people if they were bots. I then continued woodcutting picked up some guys logs by the bank which he dropped when he died and went back to chop trees and got disconnected. I have no idea why I am banned and I surely believe customer support made a mistake.



So I got 2 offenses after check the message centre and I appealed one of them under the customer service made a mistake option because thats what happened. It says they were both committed the same day and I dont bot so I have no idea why I was banned probably because I was near bots chopping trees. Im like 83 cb btw.I can include what I put for the first appeal but is basically the same thing as what I wrote at the top of the post.

Luckily it's only a 20-day ban. I would recommend not botting on that account once you get it back.

 

Same thing happened to me on April 18th. I tried to repeal but everyone says that they're not going to answer and I'm screwed. I was trying to get back into the 07 servers but this is killing me... I'm just about done with the game because of this.

he did never bot he was wrongly banned just like many orthers

jagex mods are just clearing places. they "assume " its a bot sometimes and they just ban him.

 

Right now if you even look like a bot your account is at risk.

They just want you to restart and make a new account. It's all about the money. Great business ethics fagex. I played and paid for half my month and they ban me for nothing. GG RS.

 

i think they have made a mistake in there bot busting program, seems like sooo many people got banned Also many famous youtube people got muted for website advertising. witch is complete bullshit.

 

by the time you appeal and receive an email back, 20 days will have passed. I've been hearing numerous stories about people getting falsely banned with botting. Usually happens in highly populating, well known botting areas. Where were you cutting trees when you were banned?

 

well they need to get this fixed cause this is gonna make people quit 07 tbh.. and if you look at eoc and 07 .. 07 has alot more people playing.. so that means thats their money which is sad cause they are releasing w0wscape in the summer

 

When i was banned i had just picked up frog legs and was making agility potions, then went on to make my prayer pots when i leveled my herb to 38. I was mysteriously kicked off, tried to log back in and it said sorry, your account has been disabled.

 

Well atleast I know im not the only one. Its like failing a test you dont feel like shit if ur friends failed. Looks like il just wait for the first appeal to go thorugh if not il just appeal to the second minor and whatever happens, happens. Anyways looks like im going to experiment with some other games. Might try diablo 3.

Too bad a good game has gone to shit. Bots arent getting banned but legit people are.

well its got people now questing and slaying lol... jagex is failing hard.

 

this has been happening alot lately, ive been in the Mod Mark FC and constantly people are joining to complain on how they have been banned on the 07 servers for macroing, which was not true.

 

Lol legit players are getting banned while i'm sitting in MTA casting 30k enchants for 24 hours straight np...

Something is seriously wrong here.

Most people that get banned by accident seem to be able to appeal though?

They're banning all the legit players while the bots keep on botting it seems. I mean, have you seen the Lumbridge goblins? There's atleast 20 bots on every single world if not more.

 

I think it's shocking to say Jagex the company on a lot of money don't have the correct banning system they literally walk around and look for flax pickers and spawn randoms and if they die by it they get banned (youtube video)- somebody pretending to be a bot and gets banned , to ban someone without 100 percent proof or thinking they are a bot is really disgraceful.
