Question about PayPal

My account is not verified and it's limited at the moment, but i'll link my CC today... the thing is, I had $900 dollars on it by selling Rsgp, but now I have $500 dollars since the buyer is saying that the payments were unauthorized, but w/e.
My question is: after linking my CC into my PP account and removing the limitation it has, what happens if I draw all my money and then this person continues saying that his payments were unauthorized (the $500 left that I currently have)? That would leave me with negative balance... can they take the money from my CC? If not, then what would PP do about this situation?

you will most likely not get back the chargebacked money.

you may also lose some of the 500$ and some of the money will allways be hold for chargebacks.

 

Also they might limit you and keep what ever is left for 180 days.

 

If you go into negative balance and your PayPal is verified, they will give the details to a ant collection agency within your area and you will have to pay back PayPal for the amount in which is negative balance. If the use claimed unauthorised the correct way, there is no chance that you will be able to win the dispute - the PayPal account could r hacked for all you know. I would suggest to never sell such large amounts through PayPal to someone who isn't that trusted within the community.

There are debt collection agencies in every country. I'd be very weary if you have to apply for college or a job anytime soon.

 

PayPal has no connection nor relation with my country.

And I doubt PayPal would sell my "debt" to a local agency, since, as I said, PayPal has no relation with my country, other than its website.

 

they would probably nt waste their time to engage debt collection agency for small amount. nt sure wats the limit tat would trigger tat tho~

 

I've known PayPal to send debt collectors' to recover as little as $100. They will call debt collectors in your area and pay them to recover your money
