Nerfed's Pardon

Hi.

Im sure everyone is aware of the situation in which I am pardoning for but I will reiterate it for everyone who has missed the situation.

There was a situation in which I was completing a service for Hernando in which he paid up front for. During the weeks I was completing the service off and on off and on slowly gaining agility levels for hernando. I told him the service would be dont in about 2-3 weeks or so. As the time passed 2-3 weeks had went by Hernando constantly ask me on skype was the service completed ect. I always responded no man I need more time. Upon about the 5th or 6th time hernando has asked me was the service completed I said no he then asked for a refund. I told him because I had completed over half of the service I would only be able to refund 50% in which I forgot actually how much it was but me and Hernando had an aggrenment in which I was supposed to pay him back that I missed because of IRL problems. Time passed and Hernandos skype was hacked and yada yada yada superman knows the full story but it all came down to me paying Hernando back what I owed him which superman MM and he was paid back so that took care of that situation. The next situation was Hernandos account was hacked for 80m or something that he has claimed. What was said was my IP was the last on the account. There was a kinda sketchy situation with my bot client. U was using rsbot to bot other character and I auto logged onto Hernandos account. Now it gets to the pardoning part. Although I have told the whole truth to superman I spoke to hernando about a week after I was banned and I asked him. "hernando after you canceled the service did you log onto the account. Hernando responded he did not know. I responded well if you dont know if you logged on the account wouldnt that be a reason for my IP being the last logged into your account hernando responded umm "so what ?" why are you asking me now. I respoded I just wanted to know and that closed out conversation.

Basically what I am here to say is the truth was told. Hernando cannot seem to remember if he logged into the account or not saying if he didnt then my IP would be the last to log on the account.

Another Topic I am also here to discuss was after I was banned. I charged back 1b from a user names sam I was in a partner ship with Invocation who out of spite I dragged him into the shit hole that I was in and he was banned. Out of anger I told him mean things and also cursed sam out a load of times.

All of this was out of anger Invocation paid sam back and I paid invocation back soon there after.

Me and sam have come into aggrenment about more money being paid to him for the harshness of my attitude and more money that is owed.
I am not back in good terms with Invocation and both sam.

I am also here to say I am sorry for all the complications and people I have hurt. I know from all the things I have done I most likely will not be let back on this site for a long time so im just saying i apologize to everyone who I have let down and everyone that was my friend before this situation and supported me in everything I have done on sythe.

If my pardon is denied I most likely will not pardon again. I love this community and would love to be apart of it but my actions were wrong and the consequences are mines to bare.

Sam-For taking something back from you that was your and that you paid for and for taking your friendship for granted and saying mean and hateful things to you when you did nothing wrong.

Invocation- For dragging you into my dirt and making you seem like the bad person when you were nothing but a friend to me and had my side through thick and thin.

Hernando- For taking your kindness for weakness and making you wait for something that was rightfully yours, also for saying mean and hateful thins to you when you did nothing wrong.

Superman- for calling you a liar, and I did say some mean and hateful things to you and used loads of vulgar language to you when you were only trying to help me out.

 

I'll still offer support to Nerfed for unban.

 

We talked a lot and I consider you a friend, but what you did with the charge-back really wasn't fair. I'd like to see you wait it out a bit before coming back.
