1) in his sig he claims hes done 10 trades 9 good trades and 1 bad trade. when he has got 3 vouches and never made a scam report.

2) i was buying a prepaid credit card. he messaged me saying hes got one for sale and once i said ive got a $300 donor middleman we can use he ignored me i can provide evidence for this if reason 1 isnt enough which i imagine it should be

Please make a new thread with all proof you have as to why you think he should have a TwC.

Just the vouches situation is not enough, I myself have traded over 250 times as well and "only" have about 180 vouches. Some people just don't vouch.
