    I understand, the only reason is that I used my number on a PA account years back and I don't even know the information.. Meaning I cant verify a account.

    Well, you could buy from a verified seller here, or on a gold selling site, im happy with 50-80m.

    I am not dealing with paypal in any way. So if you arent willing to buy RSGP, i consider you a scammer TBH since it basically looks like you want to charge-back
