My suggestion is that, a mandatory TWC is issued to any user that has been pardoned for a scam.
    Thoughts?

I support, but don't think it will happen any time soon.

Support. If this idea is rejected. I would like to see a system where those who have been pardoned have a ranking next to their name which says 'Pardoned for...'

As a trading forum, it is in the best interests of the buyer/seller. They need to be aware of their past.

Why shouldn't it happen anytime soon? there's no reason for it not to be.

I agree with you 100%, there should be some form of warning to the community that the user has previously scammed before. And, personally, I think that one would have to trade with caution with that user.

Because the same suggestion was brought up maybe 3 months ago, and ultimately got denied...

Something along those lines would be good. Clearly to state that someone has been pardoned for a specific reason.

If someone gets pardoned its under the assumption theyre not going to go do what got them banned in the first place.

If you go through all the trouble to write a proper pardon not like the most recent garbage which is like 5 lines asking to come back why would you be required to hold a TwC?

Your pardon is a means to show that you're not a threat to the community.

The quote that Heads shows above essentially sums it up, if a user is unbanned due to a pardon it means that the stuff fully support an unban. If we didn't believe they deserve to return, they wouldn't be granted a pardon at all. In this instance, it's all or nothing.

Ok so maybe not a trade with caution, but as users have stated above something that states "they have been pardoned for...."

Why limit it to pardons only, seems bias. If implemented, it should be applicable to everything; I.e, if banned previously for a few months for greifing/self-vouching etc. I also don't think it's necessary for pardoned members to have a stamp on their heads stating so.

I agree here with the first statement, Well instead of a stamp why not implement a "Criminal History" for each user? which could be viewed within their profile which would show:

    Previous cases of scams
    previous infraction history
    ??
    ???

    That is merely a suggestion.

Why would a person need other someone's infraction history? It doesn't really have anything to do with trading.

Why not add how many times there account has been compromised or even their skype/msn/gmail as well?

Making an extra profile of the history of a user is pointless.

    Trade with caution.

Why would you do that? Explain to me, why and how it is pointless? instead of just posting an opinion, back it up with reasoning.

People could view, prior to trading with them and see they have previously been pardoned for scamming. Allowing the other trader to use caution when trading. Otherwise how would they know? As stated, a mandatory TWC is not going to be implemented with that current rule in place.
What's to stop them from scamming for a larger amount when they are pardoned? I bet there are hundreds of people on Sythe, who have been pardoned for scams that are of large value and I couldn't name more than one. That to me, is a scary thought. Considering there are so many vulnerable newbies to the market out there in which they could take advantage of. Why not add an extra bit of precautionary measures for users?

A simple google search of a user easily shows pardons or scam reports. This should be done with any trades as standard practise anywho.

If they are pardoned the staff feel that they have redeemed themselves, by maturing or other methods. Conditional support was removed for this reason. No support.
