No, I am on about the people who do it for a 'jihad' or a similar circumstance. The children that were bombed by the US army were most likely casualties of war, unfortunately it happens when intel is wrong, but they are fighting for protection, these are fighting for their rights, taking innocent peoples lives on deliberate. I'd like to see who owns up to today's actions, I can sense it being Al-Queda coming back.

I was in the area when the explosions happened, truly a very terrifying experience, I can't believe such a thing would happen in the city I live in.

Maybe those who died in Boston were casualties of war as well? Maybe the target was not those runners but rather the politicians which are normally present at these events. The US raids target high leaders of terrorist groups and over there the US politicians are the high leaders. War isn't always present on your enemy's soil.

Would you not be as angry at Al-Queda if they admitted their target was a politician and their intel was wrong?

The difference is that the US army were doing it for a country's cause and ultimately protection, which will have been vetted by many high up authorities etc (probably even the UN). However, groups such as Al-Queda are funded by illegal organisations and anonymous escrow accounts, and they do it purely because a few extremists think it's right. Their intel is more than likely bullshit, they are just trying to take un-needed lives. If they wanted to take out a politician in a well-known place, a sniper rifle would have done it, no need for bombs in areas with a lot of people.

I'm pretty sure an air strike wasn't needed to take out 1 Taliban commander either. The attacks are said to target militants but more civilians are being killed than militants. When a group is being hunted they will either defend or go on the offense and it isn't even clear if Al-Qaeda is responsible yet.

The US only sees civilian lives being important when it is a US life but when an Afghan kid is slaughtered it is not as important because one militant died in the process.

Also no one even knows if it was a Muslim who planted the bombs for all we know it may not even be a terrorist attack but instead it may have been a "psychotic" white guy who forgot to take his pills. Also it has not been labelled a terrorist attack yet by Obama so we have to wait for the colour of the skin to be released before we know if it was a terror attack or not.

I'm not saying the bombings were a good thing but the US citizens really do need a reality check, if they expect to go to war with every country they get the opportunity to they should be ready to accept casualties on their own soil as well.

Tell that to those two people's family/friends. Don't be so heartless.

Doubt this was a terrorist attack. Very, very unlikely....I bet it was a troubled, sick person. Regardless, this is still terribly sad. RIP. :( Praying for everyone involved ...

doubt it as well. though the boston marathon is a "international" event and i could see why terrorists would choose this as a target, the explosions seemed to be pretty mediocre to be carried out by an organized terrorist group. i'm sure it was some sick minded fuck, most likely from this country.

I just found some more photos of the scene right near the first bomb. It's even worse than most of the pictures I've found. I should go to bed.

He wouldn't be saying it if it was his family that had passed away. That is a prime example of why our world is so screwed up no one cares about one another.

This is truely a shame, when is this going to end? I know it might not be al qaeda this time but, My Parent's went home a few days before 9/11 happend (they were on a trip to New York) They were in a part of the zone that was damaged pretty bad. We are suppose to go the entire family to NY in a month we are looking at Hotels and such and now this happends? I'm Really starting to have second thoughts about this honestly.
Thoughts and Prayers go out to the 2 people who died and everyone who was hurt. And also Almond Joy yes "only" 2 people died but if it would be someone that was close to you, you wouldn't be able to say Only two people died... No worries that seems extremely harsh to say since that means 2 families lost people. Have some respect.

Your comment utterly disgusts me; your a prime example of why society is going downhill. A life is a life and that is irreplaceable. Would you be saying that same statement if it was a loved one; I don't think so.

The are now 144 people injured and 3 deceased, including an innocent 8 year old boy (Martin Richard).

I hope they catch the individual or group that did this. The photos I've seen from the incident are saddening. My prayers go out to all the victims and families of those who were affected by this attack.

I continued to watch this on CNN, it was 3 people who were killed including this 8 year old child who was Cheering for his Dad. I have not cried this much in a long time I hope they catch the person who did this and give him death penalty straight up.

This is an absolute tragedy and my thoughts are with the people affected by this disaster. I have seen some horrific pictures of the crime scene, with blood splattered everywhere and generally chaos all around.

The media is going crazy over this right now. In truth, these incidents happen in other countries and go uncovered and unnoticed by the mainstream media outlets. Just the other day, there were multiple bombs detonated in Iraq, in a similar terrorist attack which killed 55 and injured hundreds. Incidents like that shouldn't be swept under the carpet so easily.

I guess you get upset whenever you hear about iraqi citizens and the like getting killed innocently too. Not.
